No more dodging sloppy slush this winter. Designers are offering a range of greatlooking boots in ready-for-rain rubber. Sergio Rossi’s stackedheel versions ($650) are just as fashionable as their leather counterparts, while Loeffl er Randall’s Matilde boots ($195, seen here) and styles from Tory Burch ($250) will have even the most hydrophobic women plowing intrepidly through puddles. And these rugged alternatives will look just as good when the sun is shining.
