For spring, creative director Bruno Frisoni set out to redefine the house of Roger Vivier by looking to the brand’s codes. He started with its signature square buckle, slicing it in half to create a new U-shape (“I’m obsessed with you,” he quipped.) and working it in two-tones of different metals and enamels.
Looking to today’s multitasking woman, who Frisoni described as “versatile, sporty, sexy and sensual,” he showed several different heel heights on silhouettes ranging from strappy sandals to pointy toe flats. Shoes and bags came in a range of motifs including Mediterranean pastels, graphic silver-and-white combos, a graffiti print and an abstract Klimt-inspired flower pattern that came as both appliqués and prints.
