Etienne Aigner has launched an online store that will be its flagship retail venue.

The site, etienneaigner.com, will showcase a selection of handbags and jewelry that represents the core of the brand. The e-commerce initiative is designed to allow the customer to shop by group, style, color and price.
Additional features include marketing highlights, as well as information on the history and evolution of the Etienne Aigner brand.
“We wanted to give the customer a platform to communicate directly with the brand,” said Julie De Cuyper, Etienne Aigner’s marketing manager. “Having an online presence also opens up endless marketing opportunities for the brand. Not only can we show the heritage and brand values, but at the same time, react directly to the customers’ needs.”
Coinciding with the e-commerce launch is the brand’s 60th anniversary celebration. To mark the milestone, Etienne Aigner is introducing a limited edition collection of vintage-inspired handbags available exclusively on the site. Retailing from $88 to $188, the bags are taken directly from Etienne Aigner styles from the Sixties and Seventies, while incorporating modern details such as fringe and pony hair. To kick off the celebration, the firm is holding a contest where customers can win a handbag by submitting their favorite story involving Etienne Aigner to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to handbags and jewelry, the Etienne Aigner brand includes smaller leather goods, footwear, gloves and sunglasses that are available in select department and specialty stores.
