FAM Brands, which owns the Bally Total Fitness name in the U.S., Canada and Mexico for certain trademark classifications, is expanding its roster of product categories.
Cameo, a Montreal-based hosiery company, has been licensed to produce socks, with a soft launch for holiday. A full rollout will occur for spring, which will reach stores in March. The line will feature about a dozen styles that will be sold in three-packs for $5.99 and six-packs for $7.99, and be technically advanced sport socks. Functional features include arch compression, half- and full-cushion soles, mesh-top breathability, protective toes and reinforced heels. The color palette will include vivid accents, brights and classic hues.
