The Folli Follie Group has appointed Robert Dundon as president, North America — the first time the company has filled this role since 2009.
Effective Jan. 30, Dundon will oversee both Folli Follie and Links of London, which the group acquired in 2006.
He will be instrumental in the current U.S. growth strategy for the 30-year-old company, which in addition to opening a Folli Follie flagship in New York last year, is aggressively pursuing the North American wholesale market.
Most recently, Dundon served as senior director of sales for Fossil Inc.’s Michele Watches. He has also held posts as general manager at Paul Smith and president at Thomas Pink.
“He [Dundon] has a wealth of knowledge and experience at developing, aspirational British brands in the North American market and will be a great asset in leading both the Links of London and Folli Follie brands into the next stage of their growth and development,” said David Riddiford, chief executive officer of Links of London and ceo of Folli Follie U.K. and North America.
