Manuel Bozzi is on a roll.

Best known for his belts with guitar-shaped buckles that earned him the Young Designer of the Year award in Berlin last year, Bozzi’s sales registered steady annual increases of 40 percent with more than 7,500 pieces sold to date.

For spring, the designer extended his collaboration with Marithé + François Girbaud — with whom he has worked since 2001 — to include denim. The project is called Jeanswell, and consists of Marithé + François Girbaud-designed jeans accessorized with Bozzi’s unique jewelry. For fall 2009, the accessories will include bracelets and rings, also available in gold and diamonds upon request.

The 35-year-old Tuscan designer favors silver, gold, gemstones, diamonds enamel and leather. The mainly Gothic-inspired designs vary from bugs to elephants to tribal patterns. Jewelry prices start from $166. Belts start from $518 for the bronze version to $917 for the silver ones.

Bozzi’s pieces are available at 66 locations worldwide, including H Lorenzo in Los Angeles and Tsum in Moscow.
