Tiffany & Co. hosted its annual editors’ breakfast on Sunday, unveiling the 2009 Blue Book Collection. Proving there is something for everyone, Tiffany displayed its baubles on models representing ladies from downtown punk girls to disco divas and uptown gals. Knockout pieces were a diamond and enamel lily brooch and a crystal pendant with a sterling silver overlay.

Later that evening, Latin singer Cucu Diamantes serenaded the crowd at Bond 07 to celebrate Selima Optique’s spring collection. Swarovski crystals on cat-eyes and an optical version of her sporty aviators were highlights.
Inspired by scarabs and what she termed “the optimism of Jackie O,” Jennifer Alfano’s fresh collection featured an ombré lizard skin and a new metal rope closure. The semiprecious embellishments on Alfano’s clutches and minaudières offered a preview of her first foray into the jewelry market, which will launch next fall.
