MILAN — Salvatore Ferragamo has launched Ferragamo Travel, the company’s first complete travel line.
Entirely manufactured in Italy, the range, which combines craftsmanship with high tech, consists of carry-on cases, along with a wide selection of bags and small accessories, spanning from totes and duffel bags to brief cases and clutches.
All the pieces are made in PVC, in a black or dove-gray pattern showing the Florentine fashion house’s new “Gancino Space” logo, and feature resistant polycarbonate details, breathable linings and Forties-inspired leather handles.
A made-to-order service is also available at the stores, where customers can customize their pieces of luggage, choosing among a range of materials, including embossed leather, PVC in the new linen print and alligator.
The collection is available at the company’s flagships, with prices ranging from 195 euros, or $252 at current exchange, to 2000 euros, or $2,587.
