PARIS — Chopard said Tuesday it plans to relaunch Ferdinand Berthoud in 2014, eight years after acquiring the high-end watch brand.
La Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud will be headquartered in Fleurier, Switzerland, and will operate separately from the existing Chopard Manufacture in the same town, according to Chopard copresident Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, who is overseeing the project.
