Jean-Louis Scherrer Sets Watch License

The French fashion house has granted Brandecision a license to develop a line of timepieces.

PARIS — French fashion house Jean-Louis Scherrer said it has concluded a license agreement with Brandecision for a line of fashion watches.

The timepieces for men and women include classic stainless steel models and ceramic styles, among others. Retail prices range from 179 euros to 469 euros, or $235 to $610 at current exchange.

JSB International, a French family-owned group specializing in commercial real estate and international wholesale distribution of luxury goods, acquired Scherrer last year. JSB chief executive officer Bruno Bensoussan said at the time that he planned to develop the brand’s licenses, which have a strong presence in Asia.

Brandecision also produces jewelry and home wares for Scherrer, in addition to holding licenses for Haribo, Lulu Castagnette and Harry Potter branded products.
