NEW YORK — BeautyBank, with the help of the sunnily named Manhattan dermatologist Doris Day (not the “Que Sera, Sera” one), hopes to change the complexion of skin care retailing this October. That is when the Estée Lauder Cos. division will launch Good Skin, the third of the three brands that will comprise the new beauty departments in Kohl’s Department Stores.
