To complement a mostly white collection, makeup artist Pat McGrath created a sensual look at Dolce & Gabbana based on glowing skin and inviting lips.
She blended away imperfections and under-eye shadows with Dolce & Gabbana’s Perfect Finish Concealer Stick. Dolce & Gabbana’s Blush in Caramel was liberally applied to the cheeks and eye shadow in Nude to eyelids.
Lashes were coated top and bottom with black mascara and supplemented by individual false lashes.
Lips were blended using warm colors including burgundy, plum and red from Dolce & Gabbana’s new Lip Jewel range.
Hair maintained the look’s sensual edge through its artfully disheveled, tactile quality.
“It’s very romantic. I wanted to look as if the chignon had fallen out,” said hairstylist Eugene Souleiman.
He pinned hair tightly in rolls before individual locks were teased out, to add texture and a natural fluidity.
