Etro’s ladies had a hypnotic glow courtesy of a strong and smoky lavender eye.

Channeling the hippy side of the Seventies, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury adapted the era’s bohemian feel into a modern-day equivalent utilizing MAC Cosmetic’s Pro Paint stick in French Violet.

A yet to be launched MAC eye shadow - with the working title Castello - was layered on top of the highly pigmented violet base to give eyes a burst of pink.

“I had a feeling for pastel colors and lavender is one of the few colors to actually suit all eye colors,” said Tilbury. Peach blush was added to cheekbones before MAC White Gold Pro Pigment Powder was dusted on the upper part of the face for a sun-kissed glow. A glossy caramel lip completed the look.

Hair conceived by Eugene Souleiman was set on rollers before being released prior to the show.
