MILAN — Makeup artist Tom Pecheux described the look he conceived for Moschino as being “like Amy Winehouse’s little sister — a young teen who wants to wear makeup to look extreme, cool and rock and roll.”
Using MAC Cosmetics products, models’ complexions were evened out with foundation and dusted with Pro Set Invisible Powder. Cheeks were covered in rosy, peachy Crosswires and Sandy B shades, while brows were filled in with natural-colored shadow and lips given transparent Morange lipstick. On eyes, Pecheux used Blacktrack Fluidline eyeliner to create a wing, while lashes were coated with Haute and Naughty Lash Mascara.
Hairstylist Odile Gilbert said she created two French twist looks “both inspired by Sixties,” which were topped by Rossella Jardini creations. Models sporting the smaller twists wore black cowboy hats, whereas those with the larger up-dos had their heads wrapped in black bows created specifically for the Moschino show.
Product-wise Gilbert used Ojon Dry Recovery and L’Oréal Elnett Satin sprays.
