“Cool, strong, beautiful, poetic – but different with an edge,” were the concepts inspiring the beauty look at Valentino’s fall-winter collection, according to makeup artist Pat McGrath.

She created a finished brow and swept the tops of models’ eyelids with a brownish shadow.

Luigi Murenu slicked models’ hair from their faces and gave them a side parting. At the back of heads, he twisted locks while leaving some strands hanging.

Murenu called the effect “a little romantic. It’s like they did [the hairstyle] on their own.”

He used John Frieda Frizz- Ease and Luxurious Volume.
