Lisa Butler, working with Temptu, created a spare, natural look with the makeup at Max Azria. Using Temptu’s consumer airbrushing machine, Butler sprayed a light concealer where necessary and used Air Pod Highlighter in Champagne to add glow to the eyes and lips. “It’s meant to bring out the eyes and lips in a very natural way,” she explained, adding that she eliminated blush in favor of models’ natural skin tones showing through the airbrushed concealer.
Bob Recine and the Barex Style Team took a similarly minimal approach with the hair. He began by applying Barex Gloss Mousse to lift hair at the roots and add volume, body and shine. He then used a flat brush and a blow-dryer to straighten hair and pulled hair back into a low ponytail, finishing with Barex Tricolife Serum for added shine. “It’s a really light formula, so you get the shine without heaviness,” explained Recine. He finished with a spritz of Barex Gloss hair spray.
Alberta Ferretti's "Rainbow Week" sweaters are back. The designer closed her #MFW show with a few day-of-the-week sweaters, which first debuted on the catwalk last January as part of the pre-fall 2017 collection. #wwdfashion (📷: @delphineachard)
