At Michael Kors, Dick Page — working for Shiseido at the show — created “windblown, sunburned beauties.”
After dusting the skin with loose powder, Page applied Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color in Tea Rose and Petal (depending on skin tone, some girls got a mix of two other shades, Orchid and Carnation) to the cheeks and the forehead. “The girl may have stayed out in the sun too long,” said Page of the shades of pink he applied to the forehead. He then added Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color in Strata to the lids of the eyes, eschewing mascara and eyeliner. Brows got a touch of clear brow gel for control, while lips were finished with Shiseido the Makeup Perfect Rouge Lipstick in Dune, a pale peach.
Orlando Pita kept the beach vibe going on the hair. He liberally applied Bumble and bumble’s Surf Spray to the hair, created a deep side part over the face and tied part of the hair back in a knot, leaving the rest to swing free.
Alberta Ferretti's "Rainbow Week" sweaters are back. The designer closed her #MFW show with a few day-of-the-week sweaters, which first debuted on the catwalk last January as part of the pre-fall 2017 collection. #wwdfashion (📷: @delphineachard)
