MILAN – The big, bouncy hair and perfect complexions at Versace evoked Venus, as immortalized by Botticelli.

Redken Aerate 08 All-Over Bodifying Cream Mousse boosted luminous blowouts by hairstylist Guido Palau for Redken.

The product was applied to damp hair. It was then blow dried, center-parted, set in pin curls, and eventually brushed out for luxuriant, full-bodied hair with a pliant curl to the ends.

Hair extensions were incorporated into models’ hair so that curls hung uniformly past the shoulders.

“Modern luxury, modern glamour – very Donatella,” said makeup artist Pat McGrath, referring to designer Donatella Versace.

Mascara was dashed onto top and bottom lashes under a robust, natural brow. A dab of transparent lip balm went on the lips.
