PARIS — Makeup artist Peter Philips said the look he crafted for Dries Van Noten’s fall 2012 show was “about color blocking. Dries wanted a color that you find in his collection, in every outfit.” So Philips opted for variations of orange and mustard hues for models’ eyelids.
