LONDON — Makeup had an eye-popping quality at Nicole Farhi.
The look, which was created by Charlotte Tilbury, focused on metallic silver peepers. The makeup artist, who was working with MAC Cosmetics, used Pigment in Platinum to create uber-shiny lids, which were topped up with a layer of eye gloss just before models hit the runway.
Tilbury also highlighted certain areas of the face. “It’s still fresh, cool and young because of the dewy skin,” she said.
Sam McKnight concocted a slightly edgy look for hair. The stylist worked pomade into center-parted locks, which were brushed several times to create a lived-in feel.
“The hair should look naturally straight, rather than straightened,” he said.
