NEW YORK -- Susanne Kirtland, who since 1984 had been vice president of worldwide creative communications for the Prescriptives division of Estee Lauder Cos., has been named vice president of worldwide creative development at the Estée Lauder USA division.

In the new position, Kirtland will be involved in the development of concepts and advertising for the Lauder brand.

She will report to Robert Luzzi, senior vice president of worldwide creative design and advertising.

Kirtland joined Estee Lauder Cos. in 1979, working as vice president and creative director at Clinique before joining the Prescriptives division. Prior to that, she spent nine years as vice president and creative director at Revlon.
