PARIS — Luxe Pack Monaco is branching out.
The high-end packaging trade show will inaugurate a “luxe formulation” component — meant as a platform for fragrance and cosmetics suppliers — during its next session, which is to run from Oct. 27 to 29 in Monte Carlo.
“At a time when the packaging-content correlation is increasingly strong and increasingly strategic, the creation of this new space at the world trade fair for creative packaging seemed vital to us,” said Nathalie Grosdidier, deputy managing director of Idice, Luxe Pack’s organizer, in a statement.
Due to the addition of the formulation segment, Luxe Pack Monaco will occupy an additional space, called Hall Gênois, also within the Grimaldi Forum, Luxe Pack Monaco’s historic location.
In the upcoming session there will also be workshops, conferences and roundtable discussions focused on formulation issues.
Luxe Pack Monaco had a section catering to fragrance and cosmetic formulators until seven years ago, but it was discontinued due to spatial constraints, a spokeswoman for the trade show said.
