The beauty look for Dries Van Noten’s fall-winter collection was without artifice.

“It’s very natural, simple makeup with just a little accent on the eyebrow,” said makeup artist Peter Philips.

He noted the simplicity contrasted the show’s intense music by Malcolm McLaren and its location – Paris’ Hôtel de Ville – that is chockablock with ornate details.

Hairstylist Paul Hanlon, meanwhile, created deconstructed, textured coifs.
