PARIS — The hairstyle at the Stella McCartney show was different coming and going: Away from the face in the front, and gathered into a tight bun at the back.

“The look is very neat and clean in the back. …The front is going to be away from their faces, but quite textured and raw,” explained hairstylist Eugene Souleiman. “It’s quite ladylike at the back, but it’s quite young and fresh from the front.”

To achieve the effect, Souleiman sprayed the top part of models’ hair with Wella Professionals Ocean Spritz Beach Texture Hairspray.

Makeup artist Pat McGrath kept skin natural looking, groomed brows and applied a coat of Cover Girl Lashblast 24 Hour Mascara in black to eyelashes, followed by a blue pigment gel. (The color was drawn from McCartney’s fashion collection.)

“It’s such a young, fresh look,” she said, of the chunky blue lashes.
