Beyond the impressive blue-chip bookings, hersuccess is staggering due to the sheer velocity of hercareer. She was only 14 when Vision L.A. model scoutTony Perkins discovered Wixson in a local fashion showin Wichita, Kansas. While her unique beauty, poise andconfidence caught his eye, Wixson’s maturity surprisedhim the most. “The day that she started, she didn’tthink of this as anything but a business for herself,”Perkins recalled. “And she’s very aware of what’s goingon around her. She’s always professional. She’s justfantastic.”
