“It’s really fresh and beautiful,” said Diane Kendal working with Nars Cosmetics. “This collection is visiting classics. You’ll feel the girls more this season.”

Kendal kept it minimal by using Sheer Glow Foundation on the face, Anguilla Matte Multiple on the cheeks and Cappadoce Matte Multiple on the cheekbones. The eyes were left bare and lashes were curled. The eyebrows were filled in with Bali eyeshadow and the lip was dabbed with Laos Matte Multiple.

Odile Gilbert working with Kérastase left the hair down with a subtle wave. She began by making a side part and applied Mousse Bouffante to build up texture. Then, with a one-inch curling iron in thick sections she created movement and body using Powder Buff to build up texture.  Finally, Gilbert tied two strands of hair together at the front and under the chin, so that the pieces would frame the face once the hairs were untied and completed with Laque Dentelle. To finish, a strand of pearls was draped over the top of the hair.

Adding tips to the model’s nails and shaping them in a classic oval, Gina Edwards, who worked with Morgan Taylor, painted Adorned in Diamonds, a pale pink shimmer. “It goes very well with Thakoon’s collection,” said Edwards. “His inspiration was basically young girls who are very chic and classic and adding the nail style with a little shimmer enhances it.”
