Beauty took on a tough girl look at Jill Stuart, with many backstage attendees mumbling about how the designer opted for an updo for hair for the first time in recent memory.

And who better than to buck the trend than Bob Recine for Phyto, who pulled hair back into ponytails, then tousled them, set them in hairnets and pinned them up. The perimeter of hair around the head meanwhile was feathered back and heavily sprayed with Phyto Pro Strong Finishing Spray.

Makeup artist Frank B followed the rock ‘n roll theme with a smoky eye, though just in the corners, with a light foundation for face, and nude matte lip pencil for pouts.
