LONDON — Makeup artist Andrew Gallimore created summery, fresh skin at Erdem with “watercolor transparent tints” and big lips that look like “a red, powdery matte stain from the night before.”
He lightly dabbed a sheer red balm onto cheeks, and some on the eyelid, finishing off with MAC’s Plushblack mascara for definition.
Finally, he applied MAC’s Scarlett Ibis lipstick on the centre of the lips, and on top of that went MAC’s Basic Red pigment. He enhanced the “puckered lips” effect by applying Vellum eye shadow on the cupid’s bow.
Hair stylist Marc Trinder created high, swinging ponytails for a youthful and sexy look. ”It’s really soft and girly, inspired by the South of France and Cannes,” he said.
Using Charles Worthington’s Front Row range, he prepped hair using Volume Blow Dry Spray at the roots and then protected the hair from the tonging with some Heat Defense Spray.
