PARIS — Blake Lively has been named a spokesperson for L’Oréal Paris. In a statement, the 26-year-old American actress said she grew up hearing the “Because I’m worth it” tagline. “What an important value to instill in women, that beauty is rooted in confidence,” she said. L’Oréal Paris brand global president Cyril Chapuy added that Lively “embodies all the modern codes of Hollywood glamour.” Lively has appeared in films such as “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee” and “The Town” plus the TV series “Gossip Girl.” She is also the face of Gucci’s Premiere fragrance and has appeared in Chanel advertising. Other L’Oréal Paris ambassadors include Julianne Moore, Freida Pinto, Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda.
