In a deal expected to be announced today, Coty Inc. has entered into a license agreement with global lifestyle brand Guess Inc. to develop and market new Guess fragrance lines. As part of the partnership, Coty will also take over the distribution of existing Guess fragrances, beginning in January 2010.
