MILAN — Krizia will introduce two scents at the TWFA travel retail exhibition in Cannes, France, on Oct. 20.
Produced by northern Italian cosmetics company The First, the men’s and women’s juices will come packaged in rectangular glass bottles with a prominent K logo on the front and angular caps. The feminine fragrance opens with lemon, bergamot and blackcurrant, over a heart of green apple, apricot and lily of the valley, and a drydown of sandalwood, vanilla and both white and oak musk. The masculine counterpart features top notes of mandarin, bergamot and black pepper, with a heart of Elemi, nutmeg, sagebrush and Ceylon cinnamon.
The Krizia fashion house, founded in Bergamo, Italy, by Mariuccia Mandelli, is still owned by the designer and her husband Aldo Pinto, although rumors continue to circulate about the company’s future.
