The scent licenses of Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj moved from Give Back Brands to Elizabeth Arden Inc., while Coty acquired Katy Perry’s fragrance licensee, Gigantic Brands. Avril Lavigne, whose fragrances are done with Procter & Gamble, signed on to create Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips for Sally Hansen in April.
