PARIS — France’s first Semaine Nationale de la Coiffure (or national hairdressing week, in English) kicked off on Monday. It runs through Nov. 21.
Conceived by the country’s Fédération Nationale de la Coiffure (national hairstyling federation) and approximately 40 partners — including L’Oréal Professionnel, Eugene Perma, Wella Professionals, Schwarzkopf Professional and René Furterer — the event is meant to fete the profession.
