NEW YORK — L’Oréal USA has promoted Antoinette Hamilton to assistant vice president of Diversity and Inclusion. Hamilton, who joined L’Oréal in 2004, post recently was director of diversity.
In her role, Hamilton will continue to spearhead strategic diversity initiatives which impact L’Oréal USA’s workforce, workplace and marketplace. Some of these include the company’s “Excellence in Beauty Series,” the “Have a Beautiful Day” in-store retail event for disabled consumers an their caregivers and the “Wounded Warriors Day of Beauty.”
She will also have responsibility for the implementation of all Diversity and Inclusion training modules, management of the Diversity e-learning platform and L’Oréal USA’s State of Diversity Report. The promotion comes from Edward Bullock, vice president of Diversity and Inclusion, who is retiring at the end of the year and will be replaced by Angela Guy.
