Beiersdorf Names Three Board Members

The appointed executives are Thomas Ingelfinger, Stefan de Loecker and Zhenrong Liu.

BERLIN — Three of Beiersdorf AG’s top managers have been named to its board.

Effective July 1, Thomas Ingelfinger, Stefan de Loecker and Zhenrong Liu will join the board, which will now consist of six members.

As a board member, Ingelfinger, most recently general manager of Beiersdorf Southern Europe, will be responsible for all of Europe, excluding Germany. De Loecker, corporate senior vice-president Near East region, will continue to oversee this region, which includes Russia, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and India, as a member of the board. Liu, currently corporate senior vice-president human resources and services, will also take over the role of director of labor relations.

Reinhard Pöllath, chairman of Beiersdorf’s supervisory board, said: “The appointment of these managers to the board further serves the continuity and internationalization of the entire company.”

Beiersdorf is the maker of brands including Nivea, Eucerin and La Prairie.
