Lesieur Named at Payot

Herve Lesieur has been named president of Payot.

PARIS — Hervé Lesieur has been named president of Payot.

He replaces Dominique Derwa in the post at the company, which is part of Puig Beauty & Fashion Group.

Lesieur, 54, who has worked in the beauty industry for two decades, was most recently at Selective Beauty, from September 2007 through June 2008, as its chief executive officer.

He was formerly ceo of R.M. Gattefosse, in February 2007, and chairman of Lampe Berger, in January 2007. Between 2002 and 2006, Lesieur was ceo at Carita International, which is a subsidiary of Shiseido Co.

Lesieur was also ceo of Decléor, from 1989 through 2006.
