PARIS — Renato Semerari will leave his post as chief executive officer of Sephora Europe on May 1, according to reports circulating in the market. His next career move could not immediately be learned.
It is believed Jacques Levy will act as interim Sephora Europe ceo on top of his current role as president and ceo of Sephora.
Semerari began working at the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned perfumery chain on Oct. 1, 2007. Prior to that, within LVMH, he was the president and ceo of Guerlain and the international marketing director of Parfums Christian Dior. Semerari also served as marketing director for Southern Europe for Procter & Gamble Co.
