LONDON — Fraser Allan has been named chief executive officer of beauty retailer Space NK. He took on the role May 5, replacing Judith Pilkington, who, as reported, stepped down as ceo in April. Allan’s recent career highlights include acting as chief operating officer of the Liberty department store and ceo of Viscount Linley’s furniture business. His résumé also includes stints at Great Universal Stores, Next and Laura Ashley. In addition, he led a management buyout of Fired Earth Interiors.
