Tweezerman has tapped fashion designer Cynthia Rowley for a limited-edition four-piece collection.
“It was fun to put my own fresh twist on a cult classic product,” said Rowley. “A beauty tool should be beautiful.”
Priced at $5 for the Filemate Nail File, $15 for the Mini Slant Tweezers and $25 for a full-size Slant Tweezers, the range will be patterned with sporty foulard prints in festive color combinations. It will be available exclusively at Sephora and on sephora.com at the end of July.
“We partnered with Cynthia Rowley because she is a fashion-forward designer and brand that we knew would excite our consumers and ‘wow’ women with the same exuberance that the precision and quality of our tools inspire,” said Conny Wittke, chief executive officer and president of Tweezerman International.
Industry sources estimate the collection — Tweezerman’s fourth consecutive Designer Series collaboration — could bring in $2 million in retail sales.
“I was touched by the fact that she lost her father, really before his time, and it was a real shock. She had two young children, she was married and she was expecting that she would have her own life for a good 25 years,” said Claire Foy about playing a young Queen Elizabeth in Netflix’s The Crown. “It transcends the genre that is you think of a sci-fi show — you don’t expect it to be so profound or emotionally riveting,” Evan Rachel Wood told WWD of her Emmy nominated role in Westworld. styled by @samanthamcmillen_stylist 📸 @emmanmontalvan #emmys2017 #wwdeye
