PARIS - Adidas AG reported fourth-quarter profits that missed analysts' estimates as the German sportswear behemoth copes with the integration of Reebok.

The Herzogenaurach-based firm said Wednesday that fourth-quarter profit was 13 million euros, which compares with a 4 million euro loss a year earlier. Fourth-quarter sales jumped 47.8 percent to 2.25 billion euros from 1.52 billion a year earlier. Excluding Reebok, sales climbed 4.8 percent to 1.59 billion euros.
