• ANN TAYLOR SOURCING HIRE: Paula Zusi, former vice president of global sourcing and manufacturing at Liz Claiborne Inc., has joined AnnTaylor Stores Corp. as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer. Zusi succeeds Anthony Romano, who left the firm in July. Zusi spent nine years at Liz Claiborne and was named to her most recent post in 2004. Since Romano’s departure, Michael Nicholson, executive vice president and chief financial officer, had been responsible for information technology and global procurement.

• DUBINER TO WARNACO: Jay Dubiner has joined the Warnaco Group Inc. as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. He succeeds Jay Galluzzo, who left the company. Dubiner most recently was with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, where he provided legal counsel to public and private corporations on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing transactions and corporate governance issues. Previously, Dubiner was executive vice president, corporate development and general counsel for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s legal department. Dubiner reports to Joe Gromek, president and chief executive officer of Warnaco.
