AMERICAN EAGLE EXECS MOVE UP: American Eagle Outfitters has promoted two vice presidents. Cindy Hall was named senior vice president of design for aerie, American Eagle's subbrand of intimates and dormwear. Charles Teti was appointed senior vice president of men's design at American Eagle. Hall has responsibility for all design functions for aerie. In his expanded role, Teti will be responsible for men's design for the American Eagle brand. Hall and Teti continue to report to LeAnn Nealz, chief design officer for the American Eagle brand.
