GIRLSHOP CODA: It's not quite over for Girlshop, the Internet pioneer. Net-a-porter said Thursday that it had acquired the company's trademarks, domain name and customer database. The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, adds approximately 100,000 shoppers to Net-a-porter's e-mail list. Earlier this week, Net-a-porter sent out an e-mail welcoming Girlshop customers to its site and informing them that Girlshop "is sadly closing down." The company closed its doors last month.
