NEW YORK — Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. has hired Kristen Dykstra, senior vice president of global marketing and public relations at BCBG Max Azria Group, as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
She replaces Kyle Andrews, who joined Kate Spade in May.
Dykstra spent more than a decade at BCBG, during which time it grew from a $250 million business into a $1.4 billion group with 20 brands and more than 1,200 retail stores, for which Dykstra was responsible for leading global marketing, merchandising and p.r. efforts.
When she starts Aug. 25, Dykstra will report to chief executive officer Jill Granoff on corporate- and brand-related matters and to Kenneth Cole on creative matters.
