Swander Pace Capital has acquired Caleel + Hayden Holdings from North Castle Partners.
Caleel does business as gloProfessional. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GloProfessional markets mineral-based cosmetics under the glominerals brand and premium skin care products under the glotherapeutics brand.
Mark Hayden, founder and chief executive officer, and gloProfessional president Sean Butler will continue to the lead the firm and remain "significant minority shareholders, according to North Castle.
“Swander Pace’s reputation and track record with respected brands in the beauty and personal care field is impressive,” said Butler. “Through this partnership, we look forward to tapping their expertise and insight as we collaborate to maximize gloProfessional’s growth.”
