REVLON WILL RECOGNIZE CHARGES: Revlon Inc. said Friday that it will recognize restructuring costs of between $45 million to $50 million in connection with the integration of The Colomer Group Participations S.L., which it acquired in October.
The charges will results in annualized cost reductions of $30 million to $35 million, with between $10 million and $15 million from these reductions expected to benefit 2014 results.
Some of the charges are employee-related and are connected with severance and other contractual termination benefits.
The company said it will post fourth-quarter and full-year results for the periods ended Dec. 31 on March 5.
