PARIS — Selective Beauty and Morris Profumi are evolving their distribution business.
For Italy, where approximately 45 percent of the companies’ sales are generated, Selective Beauty has established MSB Italia, a Milan-based distribution organization. It is to distribute domestically its own brands and brands under license and distribution of Selective Beauty and Morris. Gianluca Brandini has been named chief executive officer of MSB Italia. He was formerly finance director of Selective Beauty Italia.
For the rest of the world, Morris will distribute its own brands, licensed brands and those licensed under Selective Beauty.
“This is a key step in our possible plan to combine Selective Beauty and Morris into one fully integrated organization,” stated Enrico Ceccato, ceo of the beauty companies, which are wholly owned by Perfume Holdings.
