NEW YORK – Nine months after Elie Tahari filed a lawsuit against his former business partner in Theory, Andrew Rosen, the case has been decided mostly in Rosen’s favor.
Judge Helen E. Freedman, justice in New York State Supreme Court, dismissed six claims related to the sale of Theory, but denied one that involves royalties that Tahari claimed he is owed for the sale of Theory clothing in Asia.
