Another apparel factory disaster in Bangladesh has stirred an outcry over safety codes and working conditions after more than 100 people are feared dead as Rana Plaza, an eight-story building in the town of Savar, a suburb of the Bangladesh capital Dhaka, collapsed at around 9 a.m. Wednesday.
