MILAN — Giorgio Armani SpA made three senior management changes, which signaled an easing of the 75-year-old founding designer’s workload.

Effective Jan. 1, Gianni Gerbotto will leave his post as general manager of the Italian fashion group and take board responsibility for financial management and investments.
